I wanted to tell you about a few exercise opportunities.
The first one is virtual, called "ellenTV" on my website - http://ellenbarrett.com/ellenTV. I see it as a great way to get fit and stay inspired with access to my full-length workout videos online. For $1.99 per video you get full access to the video for 24 hours after your purchase, or a full year for $7.99. As soon as the content went live last week, we had a slew of customers immediately, without even mentioning it on Facebook. It showed me that people are desperate for exercise but lead very busy lives and thus need workouts that fit into their schedules rather than the other way around!
The second workout opportunity is a special class I'll be teaching at Yoga on Whitney in Hamden on September 28th at 11:30am - 1pm. The workout's theme will be "all is flux" just like the seasons. Click here for more info - http://yogaonwhitney.net/ (and scroll down).
The third item is Library Yoga at New Haven Public Library, downtown. I've signed on the teach a 7 week series starting Wednesday Nov.7th at 1pm. The class meets every Wednesday from 1-2pm and it costs $5.
