Saturday at the Eden Project
Attending the CPD Day entitles you to free entry to the site on Saturday 9th November. You will be asked during registration if you wish to take part in one of the tours being organisaed for between 10am and 1pm on Saturday. If you tick 'yes' we will contact you with further information nearer the time.
Travelling to and from the Eden Project
We have organised a coach to pick delegates up from St Austell Train Station at approximately 9am on the Friday. This is free of charge. A coach will return people to St Austell after the CPD Day at 5pm or, for those staying on for the Jellicoe Lecture, after that ends at 8pm. You will be asked during registration if you wish to use this coach. If you tick 'yes' we will contact you with further information nearer the time. There are also two local bus services although the last bus departs at approximately 5.30pm.
About the CPD Day:
Every attempt is made to keep the session booking form updated with the latest information concerning availability. Very occasionally a session may become over-subscribed. In this case we will offer you an alternative choice.
Paper copies of the handouts are available for each session a delegate has booked to attend. Electronic copies of handouts and/or presentations are not available unless specified before the event by the Speaker. Copies of handouts for sessions a delegate was not booked to attend are not available.
If you are unable to attend you can transfer your place to a named colleague free of charge up to 72 hours before the event takes place. We are unable to offer refunds once a booking has been made.
We regret we are unable to offer a refund in the event of a speaker cancellation. However, we will make every effort to offer you an alternative session.
If you are unable to buy your ticket online we can invoice you on receipt of a purchase order number. Places at the event and session bookings are not confirmed until we have received this PO number or, if not applicable, an official order form. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org with invoice details.
