Having a healthy and focused staff is beneficial to local governments for a variety of reasons.  Those benefits range from fostering continuity in service delivery to stemming the costs associated with health care benefits.  But how do local governments create their own Health and Wellness program?  What are the best practices?   

Who: Local Government HR staff and Health and Wellness Program Managers

 

What: This seminar will discuss the components of successful programs and strategies to gain buy-in from employees and management.  Practical examples will provide insight into tailoring a program to be successful in your organization.
