This learning opportunity provides 3 deep dive sessions that will explore a specific theme as it relates to the context of your group. Each session will provide time for participants to share stories, ask questions, celebrate successes and identify strategies to address any challenges or concerns presented. Additionally facilitators will guide & build upon you and your organization/company/schools capacity to understand, celebrate & elevate all genders and sexualities in your community.

Possible themes may include: being out as LGBTQI+ in the workplace, being an ally to LGBTQI+ colleagues, supporting students, leading GSA’s and other social justice clubs, intersectionality, working with families that hold a wide range of beliefs, & incorporating LGBTQI+ curriculum into lessons.
