Please visit LewisGinter.org for timed tickets. Tickets are limited and must be purchased in advance.
Recognized as one of the nation's best public gardens, Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden in Richmond, VA, invites you to explore more than 50 acres of themed gardens, including a Conservatory and Children's Garden; enjoy exciting events, and experience great shopping and dining. The Garden is open daily 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. with some extended summer hours. Eventbrite tickets purchased through this page are good any day now through January 4, 2021 (does not include Dominion Energy GardenFest of Lights)
Your regular daily admission ticket includes most special events! These include M&T Bank Butterflies LIVE!, Wind, Waves and Light, Flowers After 5, Fidos After 5, Frida Kahlo's Garden and more. Admission also includes WaterPlay and drop-in programs in the Children's Garden. For a full list of events, see our Long-Range Calendar.

IMPORTANT TICKET INFORMATION
The Garden is open rain or shine and closed only for severe inclement weather (no refunds). Any weather-related closings are posted on the website and Facebook.
1. Print your Eventbrite ticket or pull up the QR code of your ticket on your smartphone.
2. Come to the Visitors Center and show ticket at the admissions desk for check-in.*
3. After check-in, you're good to go! Admissions will hand you a sticker and you can proceed to the gardens.
*PLEASE NOTE: If you're visiting during high-volume times, there may be a short wait at the admissions desk.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- Tickets can be used any day for regular admission. (We are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day).
- Children (under 3) and Members are free!
- Tickets are non-refundable and Garden member tickets are non-transferable.
- Garden Members must be prepared to show member ID cards.
- You must have a printed ticket or be prepared to show the ticket on your phone or electronic device.
- Parking is free, however, please be aware that parking is limited.
- Dogs are only allowed on select nights. See Fidos After 5 for more information.
- WaterPlay is open seasonally, and weather permitting. Please note WaterPlay opens at 1 p.m. until school gets out. See the full WaterPlay schedule.
- Outside food and other items may not be brought into the Garden. See guidelines for planning your visit.
