Levy County 4-H Day Camp Week 6: Healthy Living

Healthy Living Camp is for youth ages 8-13. Designed for the active camper, expect to spend some time in the great outdoors hiking and canoeing! This camp will be held at the Levy County Extension Office in Bronson, Florida from Monday, July 17th through Thursday, July 20th. Youth do not need to be enrolled in Levy County 4-H to attend!

Camp attendance is on a first come, first served basis and spots will NOT be reserved.

Please be sure that your camper has a refillable water bottle with his or her name on it with them as well.

PLEASE NOTE - TRANSPORTATION WILL NOT BE PROVIDED THIS YEAR. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR YOUTH BRINGS A PACKED LUNCH FOR ALL DAYS.

In order to complete registration, payment and the following forms must be turned into the Extension Office:

- Florida 4-H Participation Form: Will be mailed to you and MUST be completed before your child can attend camp.

We will still be accepting in-office payments at the Levy County Extension Office of exact cash, checks or money orders made payable to the University of Florida (Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM).
