The conference will provide communities the opportunity to participate in an exchange of ideas on how to elevate their ever–changing world and our communities as a place to live and work. It will provide the means to engage with incredible speakers and experts who have changed the scope of what was previously viewed as an Un-ABLE workforce. Speakers will share from their experiences on how their organization benefited and how they attracted talent, greater innovation, and improved financial performance from building a diverse and inclusive workplace.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER: RANDY LEWIS - Former Vice President of Walgreens Supply Chain, innovator in diverse employment in the workplace, a TedTalk speaker and author. Randy Lewis is the featured speaker for the conference as well as part of the panel discussion, speaking on "Untapped Potential for Job Coaches."

Jill Brown - Speaking on the topic of "Changing Faces of Tomorrow's Workforce"

Darla Wilkerson - Darla is sharing "How to Become an Employer of Choice for People with Disabilites"

Kim Thompson - "Setting Aside Fears" is Kim's message for the conference
