Rilla Melati Bahri is a local celebrity, entrepreneur, educator and bilingual author. She is the Chief Monster at her education company, Mini Monsters, and a pioneer of Malay speech & drama programmes in schools in Singapore. Her company focuses on developing and creating original Singapore-made bilingual content for children.

Rilla is also a multiple award-winning TV presenter, with over 40 years of experience, and has anchored many weekly live shows including the highly successful "Rudy & Rilla", on Suria, which was also Singapore's highly rated live talkshow. She was awarded the prestigious Women Entrepreneur Awards (Stellar Category) for Promising Woman Entpreneur in 2018, and the Entrepreneur Honoree Award by the Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce & Industry in 2017.
