Darlene Crane brings over a decade of research; program refinement and tracking of client results to help owners’ develop their unique path to growth and cross the $1 million revenue level on their terms. Her dream is to see under-represented owners grow their businesses and restructure the economy to reduce income inequality. Darlene has been independent for 25 years, consulting to major corporations, government, teaching MBA courses on Innovation and Business Value and advising hundreds of businesses. As Executive Director of The Alliance for Community Development she helped underrepresented owners navigate access to debt and equity financing. She is the author of a textbook titled Executive Accountability, with tools for owners to work through tough decisions. Through The CraneWorks she is curating her content and programs for future generations.
