About this event
Join Seamless Bay Area and friends for an end-of-year party to celebrate incredible progress in creating a rider-first transit system, and to support the bright future of the rider-based movement for better transit in the Bay Area.
We'll be joined by some of the region's most committed elected officials who have stood up for a seamless rider-first system, including San Francisco City Attorney David Chiu, BART Board Vice President Janice Li, State Senator Scott Wiener, AC Transit Director Jean Walsh, and more! Dress code is 'transit casual' - transit swag highly encouraged!
Around 6:30, we'll hear from some of our special guests, and Seamless Bay Area will outline the next steps in the movement towards "leveling up" Bay Area transit, including our advocacy priorities - and how you can support.
This event will raise funds for Seamless Bay Area - to help us level up our efforts in 2023 to advocate for seamless transit system that works for everyone. Standard tickets are $45 in advance, or $50 at the door. Food and beverages will be provided, and silent auction and fund-a-need are planned - so bring your friends, family, and fellow transit enthusiasts along! This event is co-hosted by Stephanie Beechem, Roan Kattouw, Ron Kilcoyne, Beaudry Kock, and Sara Barz, with corporate sponsorship from Visa and Perkins & Will.
