This writing experience offers a taste of the way words can reconnect you with your essential self. The demands of life pull us off center but in just ninety minutes you can get back on the path to what matters most. Contemplative writing is a great way to develop mindfulness and create pockets of spaciousness in a busy day. No writing experience necessary, though if you have a journal or favorite pen, bring it. Generic paper and pens provided.
