About this event
What are your final thoughts and takeaways on housing as a human right?
As we wrap up Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week and in observance of Human Rights Day, join us to watch a few videos and participate in guided conversations.
Human Rights Day is observed every year on December 10th- the day that the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was adopted by the United Nations in 1948. Since the Declaration recognizes housing as a human right, we are hosting a community conversation for Orange County that continues the discussion that was started during this year's Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week effort.
You're invited to join us via Zoom on Tuesday, December 6th from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM as we watch various videos about how housing is viewed by the United Nations and then have a facilitated discussion with each other.
Even if you didn't participate in this year's Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week campaign, you are welcome to attend this event!
Additional Notes
Registration will close one hour before the event and attendees will be sent the Zoom link in advance. If you have any questions or miss the registration deadline, please let us know.
This event will not be recorded.
