Description

Two nights, two chances to witness theatre in the making! Brian Grosvenor and Hillary Scott Struyf are both seniors in the School of Film, Dance and theatre at Arizona State University, and they will each deput their capstone projects in two pieces of theatre. Thursday November 30th at 7:30pm and Friday December 1st and 7:30pm are your two nights to witness brand new theatre pieces. Both piece are new plays in their developmental stages and need an audience to help them progress to the next stage of solidification. Pleaes come to support these two talented students and allow your presence and feedback launch them into the next phase of creation.


Don't Be Last, Written and Performed by Brian Grosvenor: Brian Grosvenor's senior project that he wrote and will also star in. This one-man show focuses on his experience as a track & field athlete, and the lessons he learned from it. Lessons that affected his life and shaped his views of it– Join him in this energetic trip down memory lane.


A Stain On Silence, Written and Directed by Hillary Scott Struyf: A one act play that explores the importance and impact of communication within our various relationships that define our lives. This one act will one day exist as a three separate short plays, but for the sake of the capstone project they are combined to co-perform on stage as a one act. By doing this Hillary hopes to gain feedback from the participants and audience members to help expand the body of work from this developmental stage into the three seperate short plays that will be published together as "A Stain On Silence."
