Learn to Love Presents:
Let's Talk About Sex
with Eileen Chao, M.A.

Our first experiences in talking about sex was probably filled with discomfort and embarrassment. Whether it was sitting through sex ed at school, getting the dreaded sex talk from our parents, or trading furtive jokes with our peers.

Whatever the case, the message we probably got loud and clear was that you don’t talk about sex, it’s uncomfortable, and it’s embarrassing It’s no surprise then that as adults, many of us have great difficulty when it comes to communicating with our partners during sex or about sex.

But how do we learn about our partner’s preferences, dislikes, if what you are doing is feeling good, if we don’t communicate about it? Since every person’s body and sexuality is unique, if we want to have satisfying sex, communication is key.

In this month’s Learn to Love, expert Somatic Sex and Intimacy Coach Eileen Chao will help you gain the skills in sexual communication in order to have more more intimacy, pleasure and sexual satisfaction in all your intimate encounters.

Get empowered in your sexuality by obtaining valuable skills in:
  • Communicating your likes and dislikes with ease
  • Identifying barriers to communication and how to break them down
  • How not to “ruin the moment” by giving and receiving feedback
  • Asserting your boundaries in a healthy and intimate way
  • Comfortably having the safe sex/STI talk
  • Most importantly, how to have fun while doing all of the above.
There will also be a 15 min Q+A at the end, so come prepared with your deepest and most lascivious questions.

This workshop is open to all genders, sexual orientations, relationship statuses, and levels of experience.
