About this event
Too often, we have so much on our minds that we feel overwhelmed. As a result, we can’t think clearly, our productivity is reduced significantly, both at work and at home, and we can’t seem to make rational decisions. Overwhelming feelings lead us to reflect on the past, which we can’t change, and a future, which is always unknown.
Lin and Jamie will take you through their individual journeys, exploring the challenges they have faced in both life and work. Guiding you through the elements of self-care they have found to be most effective, you can either watch and listen, or participate in Q+A opportunities - the choice is yours! If nothing else, you may hear one thing that could make a difference...

A Little Life Experience…
With a career comes life as well, and Lin can certainly claim to have experienced both! Mother to four children and Step-Mother to three, life is far from quiet, and has been this way for some time now. With the addition of seven grandchildren and five step-grandchildren, it does not appear that things will slow down in the immediate future either! Lin enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, walking and gardening.
