Class: the crowdsaucing class of September (making and canning tomato sauce together) was so much fun! In thus Ravioli class we'll spend a couple of hours together making the filling and rolling the pasta fresca from scratch. Let's see how many ravioli we'll be able to make!
Menu: kneading the dough, how to use the pasta machine, learning about the different kinds of pasta, making the filling of Spinach, Ricotta and Parmesan, making the ravioli.
At the end of the class every participant will take some ravioli home
