Bus will be parked at the Convention Center New Orleans
Departure from Atlatna 7am will be at a popular, safe location. Park at your own risk. Uber or have someone drop you off. For guest safety, the pick up spot will only be provide to guest that have paid the security deposit.
Leave New Orleans 3pm . Arrive Back in ATL 11pm
This will be a phenominal weekend get away. The hotel rooms are huge and come with kitchens. There is a pool, a gym, free wi-fi and complmentary breakfast. No refunds if guest is not at the designated pick up spot by departure time.
Cancellation Policy:
The Security Deposit will not be refunded.
Cancelations after 08/05/17, will incur an additonal $25 charge.
There is NO SMOKING allowed on the bus.
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed Outside of the bus during the trip
Guests at the Staybridge Suites responsible abide by the hotel guest policy. This includes damages, injuries, loss, death or theft , Your organizer (Eraina) is not responsible.
For any actions such as fighting, violence, damage to equipment and/or bus, harassment toward the driver, anyone else in or around the bus, the driver reserves the right to terminate the passenger's trip .
You will be responsible to find other transportation and forfeit full fare as a result.
By printing & signing this consent, You agree to assume full responsibility for any damages to the interior or exterior of the bus that is caused by You, the rider.
If a passenger should vomit in or on the bus, the driver may charge the rider a cleaning fee. The driver will pull over when safe to do so.
The Organizer (Eraina) is not responsible for injuries or accidents in and around the bus or in the hotel
Alcohol impairs motor skills, balance and judgment. Move about at your own risk. Please use caution steps transporting baggage.
We will be traveling on a Luxury Motorcoach provided by Reputable Transportation company that guarantees a safe ride to and from our destination
They guarantee a dependable safe ride. In the event that there is a disruption of our journey due to mechanical issues they have backup contracts with other companies to arrive, resolve issues with low wait times.
The organize (Eraina) is NOT LIABLE in cases of unexpected vehicle breakdowns, accidents, severe
weather or anything that may delay a timely arrival of the trip.
The driver and/or organizer (Eraina) reserves the right to eject any individual(s) that pose a safety threat to themselves or to others.
The organizer (Eraina) is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles during the ride or articles left after the ride has ended.
Organizer, Eraina is not responsible for underage consumption of alcoholic beverages at any time before, during, or after ride.
By signing up for and participating in the ride, the individual/rider agrees that Organizer (Eraina0 is not responsible for any claims for injuries, loss, damage, death, liability, criminal or civil litigation for the participating individual/rider arising out of or relating to a ride.

FAQs
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Guest must be 21& Over
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The pickup spot will be in at Atlanta at a secre, well lit area. Park at your own risk.
It is recommended to be picked up and dropped off. For guest safety, the pick up spot will only be provide to guest that have paid the security deposit.
What can I bring into the event?
Guest can bring alcohol but bottles must be stored in luggage until we reach the hotel. Complimentary Neon cocktail will be provided on the bus.
Suitcases and luggage are stored in a compartment underneath the bus. Pack a small bag of essentials to have while traveling on the bus. Ovehead storage space above each seat is limited. Pack only what is comfortable to have on your lap or at your feet.
