My name is Claire I LOVE fitness. I would like to organize a weekend fitness session for anyone interested in getting toned and fit.
Sessions are 1 hour of fitness fun filled with calisthenics, strentgh training, fitness ropes and free weights and I cant forget the CARDIO!
So leave the gym membership at home and come out and socialize, and motivate each other to get toned and fit.
Light refreshments and beverages to keep your body energized and hydrated.
