Join Studio Rise instructor Jamie McDaniel for an amazing morning of yoga with a lakeside view (class is held in the cozy event center), followed by a scrumptious luncheon! Bring your mat and be inspired to flow at the Waters Edge for a 60 minute slow vinyasa flow class for all levels. This class will offer gentle movement and breath work to warm the body, mindful stretching,and end with some restful poses to restore the body.
