Let go Yoga FLow
Held the First Thursday of Each Month, Let Go Yoga Flow is a one of a kind, community yoga experience!
This 75 minute flow incorporates a variant cadence and is designed to calm your mind, relax your body, and renew your spirit. Each sequence incorporates both standing and seated postures and is appropriate for all levels of yoga and fitness.
The class begins with seated meditation and ends with guided relaxation or yoga nidra.
When avalable a second trained instructor will be available during class to assist students in their practice. Modifications will be given throughout the class.
Students are encouraged to bring their own mat. Mat rentals are available for a $2 fee.
Students are also encouraged to bring something warm to drape over them during savasanna, such as a long sleeve t or lightweight towel.
