A seminar hosted jointly by Citi Prime Finance, Global Risk Management Advisors, Inc., Imagine Software and Sidley Austin LLP

Please note this seminar is open to asset managers and institutional investors only.

Join panelists from Sidley Austin, Citi, Imagine Software and Global Risk Management Advisors as they discuss “lessons learned – and not learned” from the largest fund managers which have just completed their first Form PF filings.

Our panel will examine critical issues for both fund managers that are beginning their initial Form PF process, and first filers that are looking to improve their infrastructure, processes and controls for future Form PF filings.

Topics that will be covered include:

  • What were the biggest operational, risk management and interpretive issues that first filers struggled with in developing and completing their initial filing?
  • Why didn’t more first filers retain service providers to help them with their initial Form PF filings?
  • What are first filers planning to do differently for their second Form PF filings?
  • What must all filers take into account when preparing a Form PF filing?

This informative discussion will give second filers and third filers essential insight on the Form PF process, allowing them to benefit from the experiences gained by first filers. At the same time, first filers — especially those that deferred implementation of specialized Form PF solutions — may learn how to improve their Form PF processes.

All filers will benefit from our panelists’ insight on some of the most prevalent questions being asked in the wake of the initial filings, including:

  • What exactly are regulators looking for in the more controversial Form PF questions?
  • What are the emerging best practices regarding the completion and filing of Form PF?
  • What are the important regulatory and investor-related ramifications that arise from Form PF?
