Improve your resilience and health.

This is a two hour class which focuses on working with people who need to manage stress. Stress can cause major problems for mental and physical health and is a leading cause of illness.

The class runs for three weeks. We encourage you to come to all three sessions, but come to what you can.

This class will use a mixture of yoga and hypnotherapy techniques to help your current level of stress and to help you better manage future stress. The class will provide a safe and supportive environment.

Our dedicated yoga studio is almost surrounded by beautiful acres of wetlands, nature reserves and water. Sit quietly close to nature, breathe deeply surrounded by magnificent trees, and enjoy the journey.

The level of yoga will be from complete beginners to intermediate level. The hypnotherapy is completely safe and you do not need any prior experience.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat.

Please note that numbers are limited and that bookings are essential. Please note that the price is per class.

The retreat location is in the Wattle Downs, Manurewa area (the address will be supplied upon confirmation of your booking).
