Using the story of Jonah as a guide for our Lenten journey, the team from EPIC Ministry returns for a dynamic two-night presentation. Join us for two evenings of powerful talks and inspiring music to help us refocus ourselves especially as we continue in this season of Lent.

EPIC Ministry is a vibrant Catholic nonprofit organization that works to create stronger young adult communities. EPIC Ministry was founded in 2013 at Our Lady of Sorrows Church and has grown to include communities of young adults, ages 18-39, throughout Hawaii.

The presentation team from EPIC Ministry consists of four of the ministry's main leaders who are also experienced speakers and musicians:

• Dallas Carter is one of the most in demand Catholic speakers in Hawaii who has given talks in venues from small groups to the Los Angeles Religious Education Congress. He has two degrees in theology and currently serves on the Board of Directors for EPIC Ministry.
• Kainoa Fukumoto is an established diocesan musician, parochial school principal, and experienced Catholic presenter. He is the founder and President of EPIC Ministry, but most of us know him as the Music Director of Our Lady of Sorrows Church.
• Joshua Kapika is a professional musician whose talents never cease to amaze and inspire audiences. He is a seasoned ministry leader and currently serves as an Assistant Coordinator and Vice President of EPIC Ministry.
• Malcolm Zara is an engaging Catholic speaker who uses his “gift of gab” to inspire others to follow Christ more intimately and closely. A proven young adult leader, Malcolm serves as the leader of EPIC Ministry as its Executive Director and also serves as the Youth Minister for Resurrection of the Lord Church in Waipio.
