Lengthen and strengthen with a 60 minute barre class that includes classic ballet mouvements to help tone your legs, glutes, shoulders, and abs.

Bring sneakers, a bottle of water, towel, and yoga mat.

Pixie-Ann is a Group Fitness Instructor with a background in Aerial Yoga, Aerial Silks, Group Cycling, Barre and Bootcamp. Passionate about all forms of movement, she believes that fitness can be fun for everyone. It doesn't matter what you do, or what you look like while doing it, just get out there and move - for Health, Happiness, and Love.
