Ms. Mouser has provided valuable and practical advice to clients since 1989. Ms. Mouser focuses her practice on employment law representing management for private and public entities. Ms. Mouser is well-versed in employment laws ranging from hiring to terminations. Ms. Mouser has been an instructor of several HR courses through the University of California Santa Cruz Extension for over 25 years. She received her J.D. Law Degree from the University of Michigan in 1988 and her Master of Laws (LL.M.) Degree from the University of Illinois in 1989.
Program Goals and Objectives
This practical program will focus on recent legal developments of interest to Human Resources professionals and practical tips for implementing recent requirements, including:
- Recent court cases impacting employers including on disability accommodation and religious discrimination.
- OSHA’s Guide to Restroom Access for Transgender Workers; and
