Legal Issues Impacting Tenants and Homeowners after Hurricane Ian

In September 2022, Hurricane Ian devastated families living within Florida, particularly along its southwestern coast. To help our neighbors, friends and families, the 10CORE Law Society and law students associated with the WMU-Thomas M Cooley Law School: Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law (RPPTL) group will be hosting an educational outreach (EO) event on December 3, 2022, at the law school in Riverview, Florida. At this EO event, real estate professionals, experts, and other officials will answer questions and provide you with access to resources to help you recover. To help students prepare for this EO event, please complete the following survey and return it by November 20, 2022.
