This new series brings leading educators and curious minds together over cocktails, stories, and conversation. For this first edition, Dr. Patrick Owen hosts The Mismatch Era: How Ancient Biology Collides with Modern Life, an evening that blends sharp ideas, good stories, and great drinks. You’ll explore why our Stone Age bodies struggle in a 21st-century world, and leave with practical, ancestral-inspired ways to feel better in daily life.
Tickets are $25 and include the lecture plus your first drink: a classic Manhattan, chosen in honour of Dr. Owen’s love of timeless whiskey cocktails shared among friends. Come learn, sip, and stay for the conversation.
