The third event in the Winter Haven Library's 2019-20 lecture series features Dr. H. Alexander Rich presenting, The Floridians: Robert Frank's Iconic View of 1950s Florida

Robert Frank (1924-2019) was arguably the most influential photographer of Post-WWII America. In this talk, Dr. H. Alexander Rick, Executive Director and Chief Curator of the Polk Museum of Art, will lead a discussion of Frank's groundbreaking photo-book, The Americans, which is considered a masterwork of art history and includes complex and incisive glimpses of life in 1950s Florida.

*Seating is limited. Doors open approximately 30 minutes prior to the start time. Printed tickets are not required.
