Description

DESCRIPTION

In his talk, Nicolas Pople will share the possibility of an architecture that supports our inner and collective development towards becoming truly human, in the face of immense forces pulling us in the opposite direction - that is, towards a purely materialistic conception of the world. Steiner’s insight that architecture must strive to give us the same inner experience that nature does, will be expanded upon in this talk. In the past this happened almost unconsciously, but in the present this experience is for us to rediscover, both as users and designers of the built environment.
