Fire Chief Frank Tidwell, Deputy Chief Bernard Blake, Lieutenant William O'Neal, and Lieutenant Carlton Owens will be honored and celebrated on November 20th, 2019. The event will be held from 7 pm - 11 pm. There will plated dinners chosen by the guests and open bar all night.
