Event description

Description

During this camp youth will discover what it takes to shine in the show ring. From covering the basics on selecting the right show animal to highlighting proven grooming techniques that draw attention to the right parts of an animal, youth will learn to hone their craft and take their skills to the next level. At the same time that youth are mastering these skills, they are also gaining valuable life skills such as independence, decision-making, leadership, and responsibility.

Camp attendance is on a first come, first served basis and spots will NOT be reserved.

In order to complete registration, the following forms must be turned into the Extension Office by the end of regular registration (July 5):

- Participation & Medical forms (located at http://levy.ifas.ufl.edu/4-h_summerdaycamps.shtml)

We will still be accepting in-office payments of checks payable to the University of Florida or exact cash at the Levy County Extension Office (Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM). The registration fee for in-office payments will be the same as online payments. For questions, please call 352-486-5131. We look forward to your child attending camp this summer!
