Learning the Art of Mindful Eating

Mindful eating is about bringing greater awareness to the whole experience of eating, which includes preparing the food, setting the table, eating, drinking, and clearing the table. Dr. Wieliczko’s presentation will explain what mindful eating is and the importance of bringing awareness to the eating experience. He will explain the benefits of a mindful eating practice in detail as well as how to eat mindfully.
