Join us for a sandwich and a talk on Leadership Maturity
Musk, Jobs, Shuttleworth: we all know intuitively which leaders are mature and which ones less so, and from this we have an idea of who will make money in the long term and who we would want to be led by. But to really develop our businesses, we need to talk about leadership maturity, what it looks like, who has it and what we can do to support our own development.
The Leadership Maturity Framework sees two broad types of maturity; conventional and post-conventional. Research suggests that the time for conventional leadership is coming to an end, and that it is the post-conventional leaders who are needed in this time of change and uncertainty.
