Learn to Relax

This will be a weekly class on learning to add relaxation into your daily routine. Topics will include meditation, yoga, crochet and gardening. We will touch base on each one during the beginning of the class and depending on who is in attendance go into more detail of one-two topics.
*If you would like to have a one on one session, please let me know.
*Children welcome, have play area for kids!
