This small-group workshop introduces beginners to the core Nordic walking technique, while experienced walkers can refine their skills. Based on the International Nordic Walking Federation’s 10-step method, the session will also be an opportunity to learn how Nordic walking can support your health and fitness goals.
Suitable for all fitness levels. No experience needed – just wear comfy clothes and walking shoes.
