Description

Journey is a simple, approachable meditation practice rooted in history and backed by science. Journey will help you find greater clarity and peace of mind in today's busy world.

This 4-week intensive course will teach you how to meditate and build your own personal practice. It was designed for students with limited experience who want to bring the incredible benefits of meditation into their lives. The course combines ancient wisdom, modern science, and the best practices of habit formation.

We meet one night per week for four (4) consecutive weeks and the program is offered virtually from 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM EST on:
