Join Cindy Higgerson from Larder & Cupboard and local jerky maker Rob Abell as you learn the steps to make your own delicious jerky. Higgerson is an experienced jerky maker employing traditional techniques. Abell uses beer in his marinades, creating a jerky that blends his passion for both jerky and beer.

Proceeds for ticket sales will go directly to Slow Food St. Louis. Seating is limited, so purchasing your ticket early is strongly recommended.
Free parking is available on the street and in the Citizens National Bank parking lot adjacent to the park next to Larder & Cupboard. In addition, street parking is available and free of charge.
