Join eager tamale-makers to be as we gather around the table for a traditional tamalada. Learn the ins and outs, dos and don'ts of classic Mexican tamales, and tote home a half dozen of your very own handiwork-- Red Chile Pork hand-rolled tamales.

Class is byob and non-alcoholic beverages will be served, along with tamales and all the trimmings to snack on during class. Bring a batch of margaritas and we will all celebrate!
