Beginner Learn to Handstand Package
8 x 1-Hour Sessions
Kickstart your handstand journey with this online training series designed for all levels — from complete beginners to those looking to refine their form. Across eight one-hour sessions, you’ll learn proper technique, drills, and progressions to help you build strength, balance, and confidence on your hands.
Each session includes real-time feedback, tailored exercises, and personalized weekly programming to support your growth between sessions. You’ll finish the series with a stronger foundation, improved control, and the tools to continue progressing on your own.
When:
8 sessions scheduled based on your availability
Tuesdays and/or Thursdays at 6 PM
Includes:
- 8 live 1-hour training sessions (Online or In-Person)
- Personalized weekly programming & homework
- Step-by-step skill progressions
- Direct feedback and form corrections
👋 Meet Coach Janie
Coach Janie is a Canadian Calisthenics Champion and former competitive artistic gymnast with over a decade of experience in strength-based movement. With a background in both coaching and athletic performance, Janie has guided more than 160 students toward greater confidence, control, and body awareness through accessible calisthenics training.
Their mission is to empower others through movement — combining technical precision with a people-first approach that makes learning skills like handstands safe, enjoyable, and achievable for all levels.
