She will illustrate applications of story as a powerful tool to increase emotional intelligence, mindfulness and intentional leadership.
Over the past fifteen years Lani has used what she learned at WJC in her coaching practice to untilize the power for understanding one's own story as a change agent and healing art. This direction has afforded her the privilege and opportunity to work with both for and non profit organizations. Lani presents executive education and leadership development programs in organizations, teaching executives the skill of storytelling. She also designed and facilitated The Leadership Institute at Rosie’s Place here in Boston, teaching leadership skills to homeless women using storytelling as the foundation.
