Event Details

We're so pleased to announce that we are hosting a FREE Learn Ruby on Rails Workshop in collaboration with RailsBridge Meetup Group to support diversity among Ruby developers. Even if you have no development experience you can attend this session and learn to code.

The workshop is 1 and a half day starting on Friday March 15th evening and ending on Saturday March 16th around 4:30PM. The workshop is FREE and is highly acclaimed by both beginner and experienced Ruby developers.

If you are a very experienced developer you should consider volunteering to teach or assist at the workshop. We'd love to have your support!

There is an option for childcare if you need it. We want to remove all barriers!

Black Founders

The Black Founders mission is to deepen the pipeline of minority tech talent and increase the number of successful black entrepreneurs in technology. Our goal is to create an ecosystem that stimulates entrepreneurship and fosters economic growth. We do this through events that create tech community connections, programs at historically black colleges and universities that introduce students to technology careers, and programs that help entrepreneurs move from idea to execution and find support at every stage.

Black Founders is a 501c3 organization. For more information, please visit
