Come and learn Qigong. Qigong is easy to learn and easy on the body. I teach the 18 Luohan Hands in a 5-step routine over six weeks. You will learn 3 movements per class. Each movement will be repeated several times so your body remembers it easily. Each movement has several health benefits. Learn all 18 movements, and you will have a Qigong pharmacy memorized which you can use to maintain or improve your health.
