Mailchimp makes marketing effective and simple. In just a few hours learn how to use Mailchimp, the largest marketing platform, to engage your audience. Whether you are a total beginner or already use Mailchimp, you'll find this class very valuable (are you a more advanced Mailchimp user? we have advanced Mailchimp classes for you). You'll leave training knowing how to use Mailchimp to get great results from marketing.

Class participants range from beginners to intermediate Mailchimp skills. We cover all of Mailchimp (besides coding) in training. Every level will gain significant Mailchimp knowledge in this class (Gary has trained several thousand people to use Mailchimp and is a guest speaker of Mailchimp at events worldwide).

Is parking available?

Early Bird parking is available at the venue at +- $21 per day (please see https://www.wilsonparking.com.au/park/2126_Citigroup-Centre-Car-Park_271-Pitt-Street-Sydney).


Is rail close to the training venue?

Yes. Town Hall Station is very close to the venue.


Do you provide personalised Mailchimp training at our premises?

Yes. Gary delivers in-house training for a minimum of four attendees. Please contact Gary for details.


Will there be a lunch break?

Yes, we'll have a short break for lunch. There are outlets nearby where food may be purchased or feel free to bring your own.


I use a free Mailchimp plan. Is this O.K?

Yes. class demonstrations will focus on the Standard, Essential and Free plans.


Is this class suitable for beginners or more advanced users?

This class is designed for Mailchimp beginners and those already using Mailchimp. Mailchimp has changed considerably recently and we cover all the past (and upcoming) changes.

In addition to this fundamentals class we have advanced Mailchimp classes.

What's the refund policy?

Refunds will be given for cancellations at least seven days in advance of the event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No. This is a small class and so no printed ticket is needed.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes. If you'd prefer a colleague to attend in your place then please let Gary know at least seven days in advance of the class.
