Description

Come join us for a night of learning how to smoke using a pellet grill, with chef Jack Carlisle. Jack has lots of tips on how to have the best smoked chicken, pork, brisket, you name it he can tell you how to smoke it. Jack owned Jacks Wood Fired Oven, and was the main chef. He loves being a chef and sharing his knowledge with others.
