Description
There are so many benefits of meditation, meditators and studies report improvements in efficiency, happiness and sleep and even improvements in relationships. Join a class to learn how to meditate and maintain a daily practice.
Group meditation sessions take place in an online forum (Zoom) and you can choose to be live on video with the group or to just listen in private. Information for joining the call will be sent to you on sign up.
The meditation group takes place each month and runs for 45mins to 1hr. If the timing doesn't work, please sign up and send an email to info@mformeditation.com letting us know you cannot join the live session. We will then send you an audio recording to listen to in your own time.
