Learn How To Lead: Unlocking the Mind of a Leader | Valued @ $349 | Now: $110
For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to be a good leader.
I wanted to help people achieve more, unleash their fullest potential and, at the same time, help myself be the success I wanted to be.
Being a good leader became an obsession of mine and I recall always being in leadership roles since I was a young.
It may come to you as a shock but I never truly understood what leadership was until more recently.
I recall the moment well.
I was reading a leadership book and one of the authors, Nancy Ortberg, wrote a compelling line.
She said that leadership is ‘simple’; it’s just a service.
Don’t let the simplicity of this line fool you though, it is pro-found beyond words.
Let me explain. I have always thought of leaders as those with the fancy titles. When I’m a director, than I’ll really be a ‘leader’. When I finally inherit that team, I’ll be recognized as a ‘leader’.
I needed a title to tell me that I was a leader.
It was only this year that I realise that leadership truly wasn’t a title, it was a service.
The service we provide as leaders is getting the best out of others - this means our customers, employees and shareholders.
Our job is to help others fulfill their greatest potential.
It didn’t matter if you were a CEO, manager, a junior or even a janitor – you must understand that leadership is never a title but rather just be someone who is service minded.
It is with this mindset that will help you with your team, staff, stakeholders, customers and relationships.
I want to show you what it means to be a real CEO. Not just a title for show but a leader who inspires, challenges and leaves others empowered.
I invite you to this workshop so you can be just that.
Be prepared to be challenged, inspired and equipped to be the best leader you can be.
See you soon.

Q. Why did we create the Futures Leaders Club?
At the FLC, we believe that good leadership changes the world. We believe that every single person can be a good leader and be a catalyst of change in their sphere of influence. Everyone has different talents, experiences, and goals. We want to support all our members in achieving their potential.
Most people never achieve what they want to achieve due to:
- The lack of support (who)
- The lack of knowledge (how)
- The lack of self-belief and a direction/vision (why)
We aim to provide individuals with the tools to make this happen and it all starts with self-leadership. How well do you lead yourself? Do you understand yourself - Your purpose - Your goal - Your emotions - Your skills - Your talents? To lead others well, you must first lead yourself well.
