Priscilla is a personal trainer for over five years of experience and very knowledgeable in complex barbell movements. She is very empathic to a variety of people beginning in fitness.


Bryan is a USAPL powerlifter who broke the Maryland state record in the squat back in 2015 as a junior. He can be very technical with the movement.
