Event description

Description

The statistics on change are dismal. McKinsey Quarterly reported that only 38% of leaders believed their recent transformation effort was better than somewhat successful. And the project success rates (coming in on time, within budget, and to scope) are lower than anyone would like. Clearly, there’s room for improvement. In this engaging, participatory session, participants learn what it takes to become successful change leaders.

Participants will learn:

  • Awareness of their own personal reactions to change and how change impacts others

  • Idenification of a few key behavior shifts that will help you become a more effective change leader

  • How to understand strategies to help increase resilience

  • Ways to commit to behavior changes to become more effective leaders during times of constant change

Agenda:

6:30-7:00 Networking
7:00-7:15 Discussion of Effective Change Management
7:15-7:30 Activities to learn more about specific behavior to confidently handle change
7:30-7:45 Discussion as a group our findings
7:45-8:00 Final Thoughts
8:00-8:30 Continued Networking

Our facilitator Sydney Davis will give you a step by step guide of ways of handling change at your company.
