I’m Peter Blain, an Acupressure Practitioner at Carinya Wellness in Boonah. In this free, small-group session, I’ll guide you through simple acupressure points you can use at home.


What is Acupressure? It’s a gentle, needle-free technique that uses light pressure on specific points of the body to support your health and wellbeing.


In this 60-minute session, you’ll learn how to:

· Locate each point and apply pressure correctly anytime you need relief

· Relieve tension in your neck, head, and shoulders

· Ease tight jaws and tension headaches

· Reduce stress and anxiety for yourself and your family


What to Bring: Just yourself. (Water or a notebook is optional.)


We’ll finish the session with a chance to relax and chat.
