About this event
Dogwood Refillery is a conscious market offering low-waste and bulk refill goods for you and your family to live a more sustainable and plastic free life. Before starting the store, she worked for Apex Clean Energy and found that Charlottesville was just missing something like Dogwood Refillery.
In this webinar you will learn more about the toxic chemicals associated with plastic, why you need to quit them, simple (realistic) ways to weed plastic out of your life, and some alternatives you can turn to, especially during the holiday season. We will also discuss the correlations between plastics entering our ecosystems and how it relates to Wild Virginia’s campaigns for Virginia’s Water Future and Habitat Connectivity.
